Our press releases are built with a newsroom mindset—strong angles, clear news value, and quotable content—ensuring they are immediately usable by journalists. This approach has consistently resulted in direct media pickup, with releases evolving into published stories across metropolitan and community outlets, as well as broadcast segments. Examples include event-driven releases for national sporting competitions, community initiatives and commercial openings, each tailored to suit the publication or program style while maintaining factual integrity.
Importantly, we don’t just write for media—we write for coverage. Our experience in television production and media liaison allows us to shape stories that translate naturally to TV, including identifying strong visual elements, coordinating interview opportunities, and preparing talent for on-camera delivery. This has led to successful engagement with broadcast outlets, with clients featured in studio discussions, live crosses and filmed interviews that extend reach well beyond traditional print coverage.
We work across a diverse client base—from international sporting bodies and government agencies to grassroots organisations and small businesses—adapting tone, structure and messaging to suit each audience. Our process emphasises clarity, accessibility and accuracy, ensuring content is engaging while remaining suitable for broad distribution, including audiences with varying levels of English proficiency.

Northern Falcons Bring Table Football Back into the Spotlight
A growing group of players on Sydney’s North Shore is helping revive one of the world’s most iconic tabletop sports, as local club Northern Falcons Table Football Club returns from international competition with strong results.
The club recently competed at the 4th Asian Cup in Melbourne, where teams from Australia, Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong gathered for one of the region’s premier table football events.
Local Club Competes on International Stage
A 13-player contingent from the Northern Falcons travelled to Melbourne, competing across individual and team categories.
“There were three main competitions – individual events on Saturday across Open, Junior, Veteran and Women’s divisions, and the team event on Sunday,” said club member and International Federation of Sports Table Football (FISTF) president Steve Dettre.
The Falcons performed strongly throughout the weekend, with multiple players advancing deep into the competition and the club reaching the semi-finals in the team event.
Junior player Oliver Ollnow was among the standout performers, winning the junior division after a strong run through the draw.
“He’s the Asian champion,” Dettre said. “He played exceptionally well throughout the tournament.”
A Sport Reaching New Generations
While often mistaken for foosball, table football—based on the classic Subbuteo game—has been played globally for decades and is now seeing renewed interest among younger players.
“It’s great to see kids getting involved again,” Dettre said. “We’re seeing a new generation discovering the game and enjoying the competitive side of it.”
The Northern Falcons club reflects that growth, with a mix of experienced players and juniors training and competing together.
Personal Passion Driving Revival
Dettre, who began playing the game at age nine, said the sport had experienced ups and downs in Australia before its recent resurgence.
“I played for a number of years, then took a break before coming back to it,” he said. “Now there’s a real effort to rebuild the sport from the grassroots level and introduce it to a wider audience.”
He said reconnecting with the sport led to his involvement in helping re-establish the Australian federation and promoting the game both nationally and internationally.
Strong International Competition
The Asian Cup highlighted the strength of competition in the region.
“Singapore is very strong and has great depth,” Dettre said. “But on the day, the Melbourne players performed extremely well.”
Community and Club Growth
Based in Chatswood/Willoughby, the Northern Falcons club continues to grow, welcoming players of all ages and skill levels.
“It’s not just about competition,” Dettre said. “It’s about community, learning from each other, and enjoying the game.”
About Table Football
Table football is a strategic tabletop sport combining elements of chess and snooker, played by flicking miniature figures to pass and shoot.
Originating from Subbuteo in the 1940s, the game peaked in popularity in the 1960s and 1970s and is now experiencing a resurgence in Australia.
Starter sets are relatively affordable, making the sport accessible for newcomers.
